This unique program allows our client to engage in 1-1 personal training and coaching in a private, supportive, and educational environment, where you will be taken through a personalised exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation program tailored individually to you.
Whats included..
Before your journey begins, you will undergo an initial assessment where you and your coach will have the opportunity to meet and familiarise yourselves with one another. This step allows you both to delve into important aspects of your lifestyle, mental well being, preferences, and overall goals, whilst providing a space to address any concerns you may have ensuring a strong foundation for your journey ahead.
During this assessment, a comprehensive health check will be conducted, giving you the chance to review your current health metrics, such as blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, bio-metrics, and more. Additionally, you will have access to a nutrient score test, where your coach will evaluate your current eating habits and identify any potential deficiencies.
Posture and proper body alignment are crucial to overall health and well-being, significantly impacting performance and preventing injury. Before your program begins, a detailed analysis of your posture and body alignment will be performed. This assessment will help us gauge your baseline abilities while pinpointing any discomforts or issues that may require attention. This analysis lays a solid groundwork for correcting form and mastering techniques from the very beginning and throughout your journey.
Personal training sessions take place in our 1-1 private studio, providing a comfortable, relaxed and informative atmosphere. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, based on the initial assessment. This takes into account starting fitness levels, movement capability, and overall alignment allowing for a fully personalised experience.
Our emphasis on proper form and technique is integral from the very beginning and continues throughout your training, allowing a diverse blend of training styles, including stretching, conditioning, resistance training, plyometrics, time under tension, mixed tempo and much more, ensuring every session is enjoyable and highly effective.
These sessions are fully adaptable and qualified up to GP referral, enabling us to work with clients ranging from those recovering from medical issues to competitive athletes.
Training and movement plans, whether in a gym, at home, or outdoors are designed specifically for you. These run alongside your personal training sessions, taking into account, unique strengths, weaknesses, and overall preferences, ensuring the best possible outcomes while making the process enjoyable throughout.
Nutrition is a key element in achieving any goal whilst promoting and maintaining optimal health. Throughout this program, you will receive personalised nutritional plans that cater to your specific dietary needs, goals, and lifestyle. These plans will consider any health issues or food intolerance you may have, fostering overall health and well-being while helping to prevent future complications.
In addition to personalised plans, you will benefit from tailored nutritional education sessions aimed at empowering you with knowledge to nourish both your body and mind. These sessions will focus on essential nutrients, enhancing metabolic function, gut health, and more, providing practical strategies for adopting healthy eating habits for now and in the future without feeling restricted.
Lifestyle coaching is an integral aspect of this program. You will be supported to identify and address any habits or behaviours that could hinder
your progress, including stress management, improved sleep quality and much more. As well as this we will work with you to identify and implement positive lifestyle changes helping build new focus and contributing to overall happiness and success, ensuring you develop fun and sustainable habits for now and the future, providing long-lasting results.
Staying motivated and accountable throughout your journey is essential for achieving success. You will have access to continuous support and encouragement, helping you set realistic goals, track your progress, and navigate any challenges that arise along the way.
To deepen your understanding of your overall health and progress, we utilise bio-measurements and blood analysis throughout your journey. This allows us to track key indicators of body composition, such as body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, and total body water. Additionally, blood markers provide insights into your metabolic health, nutrient levels, and overall well-being, guiding a tailored approach that meets your specific needs.
You will have full access to our App and online coaching system, where you will have unlimited support and contact with your coach.

Do you have underlying health complications, postural or body alignment issues? Our qualified medical referral specialists can help support you with with exercise, nutrition and lifestyle guidance to improve and prevent further issues.
